From request to completion, below you'll find all the steps.

You submit your request to us: by phone, via email, or through a reservation form on the website.

Step 2

One of our Hotel Consultants handles your request. If there are any questions, we will contact you!

Step 3

The Hotel Consultant searches for suitable options that fit your request. Whether it's a hotel room, meeting room or serviced apartment, everything is possible.

Step 4

You receive a proposal with several options, including a clear overview of the prices and conditions.

Step 5

You make your choice!

Step 6

Preferred informs the accommodation about the reservation and sends you a confirmation.

Step 7

Preferred monitors the process between booking and the arrival of the guest(s), including keeping track of cancellation deadlines.

Step 8

The stay of the guest(s) takes place!

Step 9

Preferred handles the financial settlement of the reservation and you can share your feedback on the venues and Preferred's services.
